Young Hacks Academy is a problem-solving camp for any 10-12 year old that loves to play with technology. Agents are tasked daily missions filled with design-based challenges in front and away from a computer. They'll explore programming basics and create interactive stories/animations. By weeks end, graduates of Young Hacks Agent Training will have sharpened their powers of creativity and communication, while making new friends along the way.
Located at Colchester High School, the Academy will run 2 sessions this summer: July 8-12 & July 15-19; M-F 9AM-3:30PM. Cost of the day camp is $295 (by April 15); $345 (by June 1). Space is limited.
The only Burlington-based camp designed specifically for children and youth with a traditional music and dance focus. Late afternoon and evening performance showcases at the Fletcher Free Library, the Intervale Barn and City Hall, lunch break guest performers, and evening concerts by Village Harmony and others. A variety of master instructors and special guests. Sessions for beginners to advanced. Low cost with scholarship opportunities for Burlington residents.
