The classic storybook engine, Thomas the Tank Engine, is set to roll into The Upper Hudson River Railroad for the Day
Out With Thomas 2008: The Great Discovery Tour. This fun-filled event offers preschoolers and their families the opportunity to take a ride with a 15-ton replica of Thomas the Tank Engine, star of the popular Thomas & Friends™ series. Visitors will have a 25-minute (approximate) ride with Thomas the Tank Engine as well as an opportunity to meet Sir Topham Hatt, Controller of The Railway. There will be activities for the whole family, including Imagination Station, storytelling, video viewing, live music, two bounce houses, hay bale maze, temporary tattoos, Penelope the Clown, face painting and much more. The fun all happens on Friday May 23 from 10am-4pm and Saturday and Sunday, May 24 & 25 from 9am-4pm at the Upper Hudson River Railroad at 3 Railroad Place in North Creek, NY.
