Pick up the September Issue

Posted By on Thu, Sep 1, 2011 at 2:22 PM

School is back in session, and the September issue of Kids VT includes several education-related features. This month, Kids VT examines Vermont’s approach to gifted education, offers tips on kids’ backpacks, and a lunch-box recipe for taco salad on the go. Plus, read about the differing schools of thought on childhood vaccinations, check out a book cover craft and find fall happenings in the calendar of events.

Once again, Kids VT received many coloring contest entries. September’s entrants showed creativity with pom-poms, rainbow fish and even a black-and-white entry. Check out all the entries in our online slideshow. The deadline for entries this month is September 15.

As always, please let us know what you think. Send us a letter, an email, or Facebook comment to share your thoughts.
