I am a DONA certified birth Doula, Cappa certified postpartum Doula, and a certified lactation counselor. As your Birth Doula, I provide 24/7 on-call support starting at 37 weeks. I support you with empowering evidence-based knowledge throughout the birthing process, helping you and your family know and understand your options so that you can advocate for your needs and wants. As your Postpartum Doula I assist you and your family in learning newborn care (nail clipping, bathing, babywearing, swaddling..), provide breast and/or bottle feeding support, help reclaim some household organization and empower in finding confidence in your new parenting role(s).
