Re: “Mansfield Cooperative School

My child has attended the Mansfield Cooperative for two years. In that time, a lot has changed for her. She went from hating school and dragging her feet every morning, to loving school and being sad when snow days are called. She has learned organizational skills and continues to become a better and better self-motivated, problem solver. Her skills in writing have been celebrated and encouraged and her struggles have also been acknowledged and strategies to help her make progress have been successful. I am so glad that we made the choice to have her attend this school.

Re: “Camp Little Notch

I have been going to Camp Little Notch for 6 years, when we get to go down the camp road I always get so excited! I know Ill meet some amazing people that Ill be lucky to call friends along with friends Ive already met! Not only am I so excited about the people I also love the views! The woods make me so happy because they are so beautiful. I learn things that I didnt know about myself before, and become even more independent and confident! With that I know who I am and fight for what I believe in. CLN will always have a special place in my heart. I will always remember all the kindness Ive gotten there and make sure that everyone gets that kindness too.

Re: “Wildflowers Studio

Both of my sons attended a week long camp. The older son was on the older end and I was worried he might not have a good time and the younger son was on the younger end. The both had a fabulous time. Both camp directors were fun, kind, and good at making the kids comfortable. Both boys asked to go back next year.

Re: “Camp Little Notch

A truly transformative, empowering experience for girls in a magical forest. I went there for years as a girl and it shaped my life for the better. My daughter has now attended for the past 3 years and says it is where she found her confidence. A beautiful place to call her own, share with lifelong friends, and learn the real meaning of harmony.

Re: “Camp Little Notch

This camp is an exceptionally beautiful and secluded property. A gem. Camp Little Notch was a Girl Scout camp for 70 years. A group of alumni and other supporters have purchased the land and are carrying on the tradition of empowering girls and young women to be confident in themselves, aware of social justice, and able to live in harmony with nature. My daughter loved her 2 weeks. The girls determine for themselves what their time at camp will be. Free to be creative and active. Childhood memories and lifelong friends...

Re: “Hosmer Point

My son went to this camp last year for the first time. He had the time of his life and still talks about it today. He can't wait to go back this year. The Camp is very well organized and lots of fun activities. Water sports, biking, they made a pizza oven, gardening, and even feeding the animals.

Re: “Saxon Hill School

SHS has a few openings remaining in it's 2 and 4 day programs for next fall. If you are looking for an outstanding preschool experience for your little one, look no further! Saxon Hill's teachers are the best and the learning space is unique. Located in Jericho's historic district, they have access to the river, meadow, walking trails, and fabulous sledding hill in the winter.
The 4 day program is also a Vt Licensed Kindergarten if you are looking for a 1/2 day kindergarten, it is a great option.
My two boys attended SHS and loved it!!! I highly recommend SHS!!!

Re: “Saxon Hill Summer Camps

Saxon Hill School is an ideal spot for summer camp! The kids get to explore the woods, river, and meadow in addition to the playground space. With so many cool theme-based camp there is something for everyone. My son is counting the days until Lego camp again this summer! My daughter is so thrilled to be able to have her turn at Saxon Hill School's Arts and Nature camp. I highly recommend Saxon Hill School summer camps to parents looking for a safe, educational, fun, and welcoming summer experience for their kiddos!

Re: “Saxon Hill School

I am a parent of two preschool age boys, and an elementary school teacher myself. Saxon Hill School gets my highest recommendation. Both of my sons are now attending for their second year of preschool. We are 100%+++++ happy with all aspects of their experience. The outdoor learning spaces are incredible. In our sons' class they write in journals each day. The project based learning is an important aspect of their school experience. The classroom space is very well set up. The parent cooperative aspect makes everyone feel part of their children's school experience. We feel so fortunate to have found Saxon Hill School for our children's first school experience!
