10-12 public libraries feature a fairy tale booth, with added festivities including live music, mermaids, Vikings, storytellers, costumed characters, scavenger hunts, games, a Viking ship and a 6-foot storybook. Costumes encouraged. donations of canned food accepted for the food shelf.
