YWCA Vermont Camp Hochelaga: empowering girls and women through residential and day camp programs since 1919. Located on the shores of Lake Champlain in South Hero, Vermont, Camp Hochelaga offers girls ages 6-17 opportunities to try new things, embark on adventures, and build friendships that last a lifetime. Residential and Day Camp programs include sailing, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, field sports, ceramics, musicals, goofy camp songs, dance, arts & crafts, campfires, hikes, all camp games, geocaching, larping, friendship bracelet making, and so much more! Our camp counselors come from across the US and around the world to mentor, support, and ensure the safety of our campers. From Day Camp to 1-week, 2-week, & 4-week Residential Camp sessions, Camp Hochelaga’s spirit centers on creating spaces where campers can grow, express themselves, build leadership skills, have fun, and experience empowerment.
