Since 2001 GMYS has been creating a community of young musicians from northern and central Vermont through the performance of great music. GMYS offers three orchestras so young musicians of all skill levels can explore the exciting world of classical music. Placement auditions are held each spring. Tuition assistance is available. We rehearse on Saturdays in the Montpelier area from September – April. All ensembles play in our concerts in December and April. GMYS musicians also perform community based concerts many years. GMYS offers a Creative Arts & Music Program (CAMP) for intermediate-advanced musicians each summer. COME PLAY WITH US!
