*** THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO RAIN. Cyclists in costume wheel their way through town in an easy 4-mile parade with a "Shared Streets, Not Scared Streets" theme beginning at 2 p.m., ending at Old Spokes Home for a party with music, food and mirth for all.
